Inspired variety.

As an internationally orientated company, we are familiar with
the cooperation of people of different origins, languages,
cultures, religions and mentalities. In Germany, we currently
employ 170 people from many different countries.
A further 90 employees work in our foreign branches.

The characteristic feature of these people from over
15 nations is their motivation to give their best. The open
and straightforward way of dealing with each other.
The appreciation of the work of others. They are dedicated,
and bring their own ideas into the company. Most of our
employees have worked for Jaeger for many years.
This ensures stable continuity, both inwardly and outwardly.

It is the employees who determine the success of a company,
although a modern machinery equipment is of course also important.
And also the organisation of a company. The ultimate
deciding factor however is the people behind the technology.
