Passing the ETAG Test – we give you our support.
You would like to know whether your sealing system is in accordance with the ETAG 022 (European Technical Approval Guideline)?
We assist you to pass this test and get the approval from the official institutes for material testing. Jaeger conducts a test of your chemical products provided that Jaeger components are part of the sealing system.
Three sealing methods are being tested by the institutes for material testing:
1. Liquid sealants
2. Sealing membranes
3. Waterproofing sheets
We offer to conduct a test according to Annex A (tightness of a wooden box sealed with different sealing materials) and according to Annex F (tightness of a sealed wall exposed to spray water). Our laboratory technicians will assist your technician to seal the test boxes in our laboratory. In the following weeks the different test procedures will be conducted. Once the test is completed, the boxes have to be checked for leakages and, if necessary, the sealing has to be improved.
